When I became a Realtor, I had but one vision, and that was creating the best real estate experience possible for my clients. I found not only in real estate but with the service industry in general that there were a lack of great experiences. Which, especially when making the biggest purchase of your life, it should also be one of the best experiences you have!
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I finished the Civil Engineering program at Red River College, becoming an engineering technician. This education taught me a fair amount—blueprint reading, concrete testing, surveying, as well as building code analysis! Being a licensed Realtor, not only can I help you buy or sell your home, but I also know the construction side of homes as well.
My team and I look forward to showing you what a dynamic, innovative and client-focused team can provide to you in your selling or buying process! The majority of our work is referral based and we would love to add you to our growing client family!

I truly love what I do—I've been in the real estate industry for 8 years now, starting out on a team with a different company before moving over to Royal LePage Prime indepdently before teaming up with Jeremy on The Jeremy Zdrill Team. I take great pride in putting my clients first and helping them find not just a home, but their perfect home.
The relationships I have built over the years have been career-long as I work a lot with repeat and referral business. I specialize in residential resale as well as new builds. I especially adore planning a client's dream home with them!
