Gateway Point is a 27-acre parcel of land which will consist of 34 residential and 61 multi-family building sites. The 61 multi-family building sites are for the exclusive use of the developer. This fully serviced subdivision is located just northeast of Thyme Road (Pritchard Farm Properties) between Gateway Road and Sperring Avenue.
With RM approvals already in place, servicing is set to commence in the Fall of 2019 with building construction able to begin Summer, 2020. On average, the lot sizes will feature 70 foot frontages and will be a minimum of 10,000 square feet.
